Waaree Energies Ltd, a major solar panel manufacturer, has secured an order to supply 410 MWp solar PV modules to ABREL EPC Ltd, a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Renewables Ltd. The contract, classified as a one-time deal, is intended for renewable energy projects in India. The delivery of the modules is scheduled for FY 2025-26.
This order further strengthens Waaree Energies’ position in India’s solar sector, reinforcing its role as a key solar PV module supplier.

Waaree Energies recently reported strong financial results, posting a ₹493 crore net profit for Q3, marking a four-fold increase compared to ₹124.5 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter surged 116% year-on-year, reaching ₹3,457 crore, up from ₹1,596 crore in the previous period.
The company currently holds an order book of 26.5 GW, valued at approximately ₹50,000 crore.
Waaree Energies operates with a solar PV module manufacturing capacity of 12 GW. Its product lineup includes multicrystalline modules, monocrystalline modules, and its latest TopCon modules. This deal reflects India’s growing investments in renewable energy and sustainable power solutions.
On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), shares of Waaree Energies Ltd closed at ₹2,274, reflecting a 1.84% gain from the previous close. However, the stock experienced a 2.77% dip at one point before rebounding. Over the past month, the stock has gained 3.54%.
